A Not-So-Silent Witness

My husband and I have been watching Silent Witness on Amazon Prime. It’s a long-running pathology/detective show from the BBC. There are something like 23 seasons available to stream in the US on Prime and Britbox. We’ve watched so much of it that we’re beginning to discuss it in bizarre ways that only happen when you’ve been watching a lot of the same show. Not only do we comment on all the characters’ tastes and proclivities but we pronounce who will die and who did it within moments of the show starting. Thanks to the pandemic, we also now comment on anyone who isn’t maintaining proper social distance, which is basically everyone, since these shows were filmed ages ago. Does that stop us? No. Of course not. Here’s the trailer for season 19 because it popped up first on the search.
